Muscles for Mileage

Athletes need strength and mobility training to reach their peak-potential and to stay injury free. A well designed, personalised program will improve strength, endurance, efficiency and recovery time. Our Muscles for Mileage class is designed with the competitive endurance athlete in mind. At the start of each training block every participant will go through a physical assessment and Functional Movement Screen. Based on this assessment, a program will be designed that addresses weak points and correct imbalances. Your training experience will focus on creating a stronger, leaner athlete, increasing your core stability, power output and strength-to-weight ratio.
